I'm a Creative Operations Strategist who makes creative excellence scalable.
For 8+ years, I've managed the complex machinery behind great campaigns — the workflows, teams, and processes that turn ambitious creative vision into delivered reality. I work at the intersection of craft and commerce, ensuring that creative teams have what they need to do their best work while meeting the demands of clients, timelines, and budgets.
I've led creative operations across global brands and government agencies: Mastercard, Microsoft, Singapore Government (GOV.sg, CPF, MDDI), Marina Bay Sands, Estée Lauder Group, Saudi Tourism Authority, 3M, KFC, and L'Oréal. Projects span integrated campaigns, multi-market activations, large-scale video productions, digital platforms, and everything in between.
My role is multi-dimensional: coordinating cross-functional teams of 20+ across creative, strategy, production, and media. Managing complex productions with compressed timelines and budgets up to $500K. Building workflows that reduce unnecessary iteration while protecting creative quality. Creating systems that prevent burnout and enable teams to spend more time on craft, less time on chaos.
